Pyloric exclusion

Every time we went back there was a new disaster in
evolution......(example: tertiary ACS, ongoing pancreatic fistula
bathing all the abdomen despite abrahamson sump continuous drainage,
duodenal blowout from previous repair.....to name a few) we just felt it
was not safe to do it with all the bad karma going on in his abdomen.

Did you merely do a pyloric exclusion or did you also do a  
gastro-jejunostomy  ?
