Believe me this is NOT an  advertisement.   Word of mouth from previous

years  registration for "Trauma,Critical Care,& Acute Care Surgery 2007" at 
Caesars  Palace in Las Vegas on March 26-28, 2007 is ahead of any previous years  
registration volume and rate.  .  Many of you have communicated to me  that you 
were planning to attend or planned to send colleagues or  residents.   Others 
have suggested that they planned to give this  meeting as a Christmas present 
to one of their  residents.     Because of the accelerated rate of enrollment  
for this historic 40th year, I do not want you to be left out after the
