They do the same thing in Chicago - as was set up by the previous Mayor
Daley, absentee ballots were sent in by each of his supporters 2 weeks
in advance.  Three votes per person was the minimum.........

Honestly, I do not understand why people wait until election day to
vote! In
my tiny county, we could absentee vote for several weeks before 11/7.
It was
