trauma centers and capping malpractice

Hi All,
   
  I'm doing a paper re is the cost of malpractice hindering care esp. in level one hospitals.... here in Illinois we are seeing Md's in the high risk ie. neurosurgery, othro. plastics...to name a few, going to the neighboring states that have low cost malpractice and caps..any ideas of where to get this info>>Thanks Maureen
