questions of incidence

  I am looking for information on the annual incidence of the following secondary to trauma, in U.S.
   
  a. splenic laceration/rupture
  b. hepatic laceration
  c. tension pneumothorax
  d. massive hemothorax
  e. pericardial tamponade
  F. traumatic aortic aneurysm/laceration
