ATLS for consultants

HI! ,
Regards to everyone. Regarding ATLS for consultants; I think that for every 
consultants it should be made mandatory. I had a chance to visit U.K. few 
years ago, and believe me : - The so called big consultants(Who are very 
proficient in Operating Room) are making many mistakes when it comes to 
basic trauma.
