I would recommend a 4 person technique: 1-Intubator, 2-Cricoid pressure and
watch the patient for problems, 3-Holding manual stabilization of the neck,
4-Push Rx for RSI and watch the monitors (ECG, SpO2, ?EtCO2)

> Pg 46 Intubation. Would like to suggest emphasising the temporary removal
of immobilisation devices during airway instrumentation and teaching a
minimum 3-person technique: One intubator, a second for cricoid pressure and
a third for in-line manual stabilisation. This is stated, but maybe not
strongly enough.

YES!!!
