YIKES, Mike. I think you best take a look at the current literature, or
provide references of your own to back up this fairly brash and, in
fact, untenable stance.

Let eM Aspirate.
LMAs have no place in EMS. ILMAs are the best choice or even a
combitube
will protect against aspiration better than an LMA.
