Thanks.  But where the myocardium is concerned, a local effect IS a systemic effect.  Isn't it?

Hey Pret and others,

The toxin has a local effect. Most injuries envolving marine animals evolve with an ugly necrosis of the wound. but that´s it. No systemic envenomation.
