Pregnant Female with EDH

Dear Friends,

Female was operated by neurosurgeon and EDH was evacuated . They considered posterior fossa EDH risky. Gynecologist simultaneously did cesarean section and healthy baby was delivered. . The trauma team disagreed with this management . Both mother and baby are doing fine at present. The case was put on trauma mail to seek your valuable opinions . I am thankful for these .
