There were a couple but in general the neurosurgeons are more aggressive
with these.

Interesting paper.  While I'm trying hard not to be a similar cynic, but
I think Fred Moore's comments at the end I think were quite germaine to
the evolving paradigm of this nonoperative dictum.  

I didn't see any mention of posterior fossa epidurals.
 Any in the series?
