Gas Gangrene and Isolation

Dear Roy, 

With due respect to your experience and poinion I would like you to please refer to CDC guidelines which recommend that only standard precaution are recomended for Gas Gangrene patient . We have been practising Contact precaution in these type of cases . I wanted to know if anybody is practising standard precaution for these cases.
