Ketamine in head injury

Here is a review article regarding the use of ketamine
in head injury. As Blueflightmedic says, there is no
such thing as an entirely safe drug, but I found the
science presented here very reassuring, having in the
past worked in many contexts where ketamine is the
only available anesthetic.
