abdominal compartment syndrome in children

hi all,
was wondering whether we can measure abdominal
compartment pressure using the Foley catheter
technique in children as in adults. what should be the
amount of saline to be pushed into the bladder? is it
dependent on the diameter of the Foley catheter or the
age of the patient, or both.
do reply me to my ID itself if convenient. thanks a
lot everyone in advance.
