per hour. That may seem like a lot but 
 
teleradiology services are charging $23 or more per final reading for plain  
films. a radiologist could read 40 or more an hour if the referrings dont 
bother  them, that adds up to charges of about  $1000 an hour. which as you  can 
imagine is not shared equally with the reader and tele service.
