Dr. Sise is correct in several things.  I emphasise TWO of  them.   
 
Each of you have much more value that you have believed in the past. 
 
YOU MUST HAVE THE NUMBERS.
 
I would add that even Dr. Sise's calculations regarding costs, benefits,  
savings, etc. are LOW.
