Overload!!

 OK.  We are back.  Thanks to an extraordinary set of people at Mistral (our
ISP) and Solspace (our web developers) we are back after a near-disastrous
overload situation with our own dedicated server, a website with a backend
that will allow us to serve you content in amazing new ways, allow us to
grow the trauma care community, and generally just be a whole lot better.

Apologies for the interruption.  We now resume your normal service
