thromboelastogram

We have been using the TEG for about 4 years.   We now use the FAST TEG in 
the OR and the ICU, especially on truama patients.   It has basically 
replaced our use of any of the other rather crude coagulation studies, which 
are now considered by us to be non specific.   WE LOVE IT.
