While not a physician and an occasional lurker on this list I am offended at your statement about those physicians. I have met Dr. Carmona, but know of him more through the special ops community of which he was once part of as was I. It is strange to me that those who sit and criticize won’t take it upon themselves to do those things that we regret are nasty, but necessary in the preservation of freedom. If you haven’t been there, seen the atrocities committed by others, understand the ramifications of not doing those things, then shut up.
