Thank you Dr. Horan for your compliment that it is notable for me to have  
organized my thoughts on the cited editorial, written by one of our recently  
deceased beloved physians, highly respected for his insight and clinical  
ability.    
 
As it relates to blame, I am happy to accept any blame that me personally,  
or our trauma community in general have had in either the conflict, the 
injuries  created during social evolution, our evacuation centers, or even slow 
starts in  the introduction of new treatments or abandonment of old treatment 
schemas  during these times of conflict, be it in our communities, with a solitary  
disaster or during times of civil war.
