Disappointment.   In response to many requests for information, I  posted 
information on the Las Vegas Trauma Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery  
course, 
and NO ONE made any comment.   Now we had one or two off color  words and we 
have 12-15 posts.

just got the flyer in the mail...trying to figure out how to manage my schedule to get there this year.
