Aspiration

Dear list-users,

A young lady was presented at the ER with a femur fracture and aspiration of canal water. We input all patients in the traumadatabase, including trauma severity scores. Does anybody know IF and (when yes) HOW aspiration is codes in the Injury Severity Score or in a variation on this score?
