No, Our OR is on the 4th floor, served by a super fast HUGE elevator next  to 
the surgery shock room, which is at the ambulance door.  Time from ED  
elevator door closing to reaching OR is 15 seconds.      Elevators are dedicated to 
ED and to the life support tower,  Cath Lab, OR,  SICU, OB, etc.
