Survival advantages of aeromedical transport

I wish to thank those who responded to me directly and on line.    I suspect 
that the articles that I have collected are similiar to those that you could 
send to me.      I was hoping to establish a scientific basic for an 
expanded aeromedical program, to include aiding in a regional transplant 
program, by optimizing the available organs in patients with irreversable 
brain injury.    Such a program might be beneficial in other countries.     
I have only found one article where the issue of organ recovery was persued 
and to my surprise, the organ recovery was stated to be less when helicopter 
transport was compared to ground transport.     Now I am confused.
