Traumatic aortic transections and stents

Be interested to know what happened.  Was there an attempt at
ballooning the stent proximally? This can cause a proximal migration.
If the stent moves to the ascending aorta a snatch & grab aortotomy t&
retrieval hrough a sternotomy is in order.
