Esophageal injury. Now need to go BACK into right chest. Could have looked
back there at first operation.

Sal, It appears to my on the esophageal swallow that the injury is inside
the chest at the thoracic outlet. Some might go into the left neck, but I
have been there, tried that and failed. I just cannot get to that area of the
esophagus from the left neck, a low collar incision, or even a left
thoracotomy. I can get there myself, best through a HIGH (4ICS) RIGHT chest
incision.
