have never appreciated that I can tell perfusion from  the TEE,  Can it also 
demonstrate oxygen extraction, oxygen consumption,  and cytokine storm??"
 
I am going to have to go read some more on this wonderful  device.      I had 
already religated it to the same  hall as the MAST pants in the curiosity 
section of the medical museum
