You're dissembling. I'm talking about working up a patient with a
penetrating injury to the chest. With a FAST or ECHO and trying to
understand if you're saying you can decide on presenting vitals not to do
that.

BINGO. I totally agree., Over 95% of the CT scans I see ordered have
NO
impact on clinical decision making over what was known or should have been
known, or could have been known prior to the CT scan., I totally agree
with
you. That is why I find the TEE so very offensive.
