Resuscitation?

Dear Colleagues!

>From time to time I come across the term "full resuscitation" in trauma.

For instance in the following quote*:*
*"We manage 1000 trauma patients every year, of which 200 are "full
resuscitations."*

Does that mean traumatic arrest? Or is it just a question concerning the
level of treatment? Is there an official definition?
