The 
National EMS Museum Foundation, in response to the requirements of the 
Foundation By-Laws,?has accepted nominations for?our five open 
positions?on the Board of Trustees:

ARTICLE??1--Section 
1??? The property, business 
and affairs of the corporation shall be controlled and managed by a 
self-perpetuating Board of Trustees.? The Board of Trustees shall consist 
of: fifteen (15) members from EMS organizations and individuals with an interest 
in the Foundation.

?

noon, immediately following the NAEMT annual membership meeting, in room 305B of 
the Orange County Convention Center.? The newly elected Board members will 
be seated immediately following the conclusion and validation of the election.
