Cric kits now & then...

I actually had the same problem with a patient with massive facial  
trauma, and in addition to the lack of seal, blood would splutter from  
his face everytime we bagged him. However I did notice the new Cook  
kits and they do have a cuff at the end. Still as a surgeon I do  
prefer the old fashion way of performing the cric. and even using a  
number 6 ETT if I don't have a cric tube.
