AIS-ISS version

Dear friends-colleagues!
 
which is according to you the "most" used - most "accurate" version of
the AIS-ISS classification.
 
we are thinking of buying the latest (new AIS 2005) for our trauma
registry. Any ideas - inputs??

we want to be able to compare our swiss cheese fondue-related trauma ski
accidents with the rest of the world.....
