In holland curent price is 1375 euros = $2000, refreser course 900 euros = 
$1317
In spain price is roughly the same as in Holland, paid 600 euros for the 
refreser course last year.

With the air fares and low doller would be cheaper flying to the states, 
shame about the 4 hour wait to get into the country, special passport etc.
