Trauma Fellowship-Pls advise

Hi everyone,
  I am plannign to apply for a Trauma+Critical Care fellowship and have been surfing all trauma sites for up to date info. Would highly appreciate if you please, let me know which programs would provide best opportunity for someone eager to see lots of trauma (penetrating preferably) with a chance of being involved in research. Pls, share your experience.
