For those with an interest, the Consortium for Spinal Cord medicine I
the US have recently published their most recent guidelines for managing
SCI patients in the first 72 hours after injury. They are free to

Define what you mean be protocols? We use very few 'protocols'. Almost
all are 'guidelines'
