A difficult abdominal case

For what you tell, the patient has an acute abdomen and inflamatory response
syndrome with renal failure and jaundice secondary to sepsis.  Ok to look
for pancreatitis, but it seem the patient is going to the OR anyway.  Do not
forget a perforated appendicitis as a good diagnosis, remember his being ill
for 5 days and he is 40.
