A few thoughts:

1. I actually think that she may make the short list for Obama's choice for Supreme Court justice when the next opening occurs.

2. I doubt this rumor regarding HHS.  If instead it's a lucky prophecy, the sky won't fall and will continue to be blue on some days and cloudy on others.  

3. Many folks (present company included) would welcome significant change in US healthcare, including an increased Federal role.
