Got most of those, thanks - I was looking more for research articles to
see how to structure the research component, specifically what has been
examined in a Delphi type study to see how to structure my
questionnaires etc.

Hi Tim,

Although not specifically what you are looking for, the Red
Cross/Crescent
and MSF both have various documents available online which deal with
creating and maintaining systems (not only trauma) in a
resource-constrained
environment.  Items like minimal equipment lists and essential drug
formularies are there, and there is some useful info regarding staffing
as
well.  I can dig out some of the material which I have saved and mail it
to
you, but it might be easier to download directly from their respective
pages.

I'll send you the ICRC document by way of example off-list.

Hope Durban is treating you well - I hear it's been hot.
