Hi!
don't have a max fax surgeon on site. it took him 1 hour to drive to me, a
real distress call!!!!
currently in small district hospital, patient was haemodynamically
unstable for transfer
we in SA face a lot of resistance to "super" our sub specialist teams
coming out such as hands , max fax and even the ENT chaps. we literaly
have to beg, which i had to in this case
