STOP GIVING HIM FLUID !!!!!    HIS BP is far too  high.    I am concerned 
about a GSW to the aorta !    You will miss the hole in the aorta with GSW 
because of the dye column being  very concentrated.    I would explore him via a 4th 
ICS  Posteriolateral incision.   If one wanted to do a CT for TRAJECTORY  
only , I would not disagree.    I would NOT do a  CTA.    VOMIT.

Thoracic  aortography in three views with injection of 60 ml of Visipaque
at 30cc per  second did not show an injury to any arterial structure. .
Left subclavian  venogram also normal. see attached. Esophagogram normal.


Total chst  tube volume about 1600 ml but no further bleeding and BP
150/80 after three  units Packed cells.
