domperidol <- Not suitable for this list

Dear all,

Once again I appreciate the desire to share personal experiences and other
snippets, and value the development of a community spirit within the list
membership.  But *please* stick to trauma care.  This is what people sign up
for and we know are interested in.  The same cannot be said for other
information.
