<P>a single test tube was placed on the right hand side producing about 1500 ml of blood inicialy. the pacient did continue to produce blood from the test tube and from the posterior torax wound.</P>
<P>I was not present at inicial entry of the pacient, nothing documente abour extending neck venes etc, the RX torax showed the right sided hemotorax and pneumotorax with mediastinal shift.</P>
<P>Exact cause of death not known to us yet, a autopsy was caried out the next day but report not yet open due to being a criminal case.<BR><BR></P></DIV>
