<P>im also interested to know peoples feelings about the use of tourniquets when dealing with crush injuries and staged release following rehydration, sodium bicarb etc ....</P>
<P>and following on from this the use of tourniquets in management of suspension trauma in a hung climber/ worker wearing a harness immobile for a length of time (say an arbitary 30 mins) </P>
